Me and a friend we're out having a peaceful time enjoying nature and 
smoking a little Mother Nature (heh) and we heard people, stashed 
everything and hung out for a while, but they didn't get closer then
about half an hour later we heard this horrible scream followed by
several people horribly screaming, then it was quiet, so we thought 
nothing of it (hey there's a ghost tie in here!) about 45 minutes 
after that we heard two-way radios going and being paranoid as we
were we thought maybe the cops were in the woods for some reason
(US!) so we beat feet for the car and as we crossed the stream at
the top of the hill we saw two guys racing through the woods carrying
a Stokes rescue gurney, so we trailed along down the path and
found 10 or so cops, EMT's etc hanging around and a body floating
in one of the big pools in the falls, asked around and found out
the idiot was showing off to impress some girls (ahh men, aren't
we grand!) and repelling with CLOTHESLINE (grumble, morons everywhere!)
that ends that part of it, about a year later I was hanging out
with a different group of people and they were talking about
some place in the woods they went to party and how everyone had
gotten spooked because they saw this figure standing on the cliff
above the river which then fell into the very same pool and 
disappeared, they'd never heard what I'd seen until that moment
and after that they refused to go back to the spot  :)
